The Bode City Council met in special session May 22nd at 5:30PM in the council chambers. All members were present. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order, with a motion by Tepner, second by Rongved to approve the agenda as posted.

This being the time and place for the public hearing on the amended 2022-2023 City Budget. There were no taxpayers or residents present, Mayor Peterson called for any objections to the published amendment, and there being none the Amendment of the Current budget is adopted as published.

Drainage district #103 Notice of Annexation and Reclassification was discussed, the city will pay a drainage assessment of $38,331.70 from this project, with possible additional assessments in the future. The council was made aware of A public hearing on this matter, which will be held at the Humboldt County Courthouse on June 12th.

A motion was made by Tepner, 2nd by Miller to approve the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Intended Use Application) and the Iowa DNR Construction Permit Application. The applications are meant for reserving money with the state, it is not a loan or authorization to proceed with a project. All ayes, motion carried.
